What is Passwordless Login?

Passwordless login allows regular Trail Ambassador members to sign in quickly using a 6-digit code sent to their phone via SMS or email. No need to remember passwords!

How It Works

  1. Enter your username or email
    Start by entering your Trail Ambassador username or email address.
  2. Receive your code
    We'll send a 6-digit code to your phone (SMS) if available, or to your email as a fallback.
  3. Enter the code
    Enter the 6-digit code within 10 minutes to complete your login.
  4. You're in!
    Access your dashboard and all features immediately.

Who Can Use Passwordless Login?

  • Secure - Codes are single-use and expire after 10 minutes
  • Convenient - Works with SMS or email, whichever you prefer
  • Reduce Password Resets - Never forget your password again

Troubleshooting

  • Check your spam/junk folder if expecting an email
  • Wait a few minutes - SMS messages can sometimes be delayed
  • Ensure your contact information is up to date in your profile
  • Click "Resend Code" to request a new code
  • If SMS isn't working, the system will automatically fall back to email

Codes expire after 10 minutes for security. Simply request a new code by clicking "Start Over" or "Resend Code".

This is correct! For security reasons, administrators and staff must use password + 2FA authentication. Please use the standard login page.

For security, we limit login code requests to 5 per hour. If you've reached this limit, please wait an hour and try again.
